Challenge:  As a parallel and integrated track to the development and deployment of a transformational Small Business Insurance sales platform for Chubb; create a continuous delivery pipeline of internal- and external-facing communication & amplification content, a B2B promotion campaign and a customer learning video series targeted to independent agents across North America.   
Solution:  To enable ongoing messaging around ideation, development progress and features of the re-envisioned platform across Chubb internally, and present the relaunch to external agents nationally,  we created numerous explainer and promotional videos and a rapid-training content series that allowed all teams to align directionally - and for the agents to quickly experience the efficiency of the new platform and fully adopt it as their primary quote source.  
This go-to designation for agents is based on ease of use, task speed and product familiarity - and is key to adoption success in the highly competitive small business insurance marketplace.
